Cabinet
A stand-alone cabinet, this piece is designed around a single board of figured American Black Walnut which makes up the front and back panels. The cabinet sides are butt jointed Alder shaped to a convex profile with a spokeshave. The joint edges are slightly rounded to provide a continuous shadow line, emphasizing the height and proportions of the cabinet. Ebony drawer pulls and semi-exposed brass hinges finish the piece.
